The Sir Edward Youde Memorial Fund Scholarship Schemes are aimed at encouraging and assisting outstanding Hong Kong students pursuing diploma, certificate, undergraduate and postgraduate studies locally or overseas. Therefore, all candidates should be permanent residents of Hong Kong.
