Accordingly, there have been queries over both the formation of Legislative Council and Hong Kong\u2019s status as the international financial centre.<\/p>\n<p>This Webinar aims to help participants to better understand these recent changes and how it affects the positioning of Hong Kong in the future. We are very much honoured to have Mr. Jasper Tsang, the former President of the Legislative Council, as our speaker.<\/p>\n<p>It has been our greatest pleasure to have invited the former President of the Legislative Council, Mr. Jasper Tsang, to share his insights regarding &#8220;The New Normal&#8221; in Hong Kong.
