Youders’ Intelligence Members Reception Series (III)

An exclusive occasion for members to meet a scholar from Princeton and Stanford – Mr. Andy Loo (盧安迪)

Established in last year, the Youder’s Intelligence Series is a place where scholarly Youders share their inspiring stories and insights to our members. Seeing the success of the events and receiving many positive feedbacks from participants in the previous year, we are pleased to invite you to our first Youder’s Intelligence Series in the year.

Guest speaker: Mr. Andy Loo

A recipient of the Sir Edward Youde Memorial Scholarship for Overseas Studies 2012 – 13, Andy graduated from St. Paul’s Co-educational College and did his undergraduate work in mathematics at Princeton University, and is now a PhD student in economics at Stanford University. He writes a weekly column in the Hong Kong Economic Journal (信報) and has released two books, 自由的國度 and 自由的國度2. Andy also helps as a trainer of the Hong Kong team for the International Mathematical Olympiad, of which he was a student member.

This event is welcoming members to sign up and attend. A small fee will be charged as $120 per person for exclusive Chinese tea tasting and dim sum lunch served by the tea house in Tai Kwun.
